Friday morning starting to set up. Long ways to go yet, thinking about the long run they have ahead of them.

Large canopies are up. Other volunteers are showing up to help. That trailer (not the horse one) was my home for Friday night.

Start/finish pretty much set up and ready to go. Got it done a little early this year. Maybe I'm fiugring this stuff out after five years.
